They say that High school is not a time to find your groom. It’s a time to find your bridesmaids. And indeed, this quote is true as it is said and done. It is during your high school years that you get to experience new things, that you get to surprise yourself and that you get to be young and mature at the same time.
High school was one of the most terrifying yet exciting phase of my life. Many things changed as I entered high school. New school. New surroundings. New rules. New people. At first, It wasn’t easy to adjust, but luckily, I got the hold of the new things in my life and I started to enjoy the change.
This feeling of nostalgia rooted from a favor asked by a friend. Faith, one of my best-est friend from high school asked me to write a yearbook write-up for her. And everything followed :>
It made me missed the easiness of things, the routine we had, the love we thought would last and of course the friendship we would remember forever.
After a week of exams, we decided to unwind by watching and supporting our own college basketball team. We first had our lunch at Teriyaki Boy, Gateway then headed to Araneta for the game.
It was so fun to watch live, school spirit everywhere. UP was cheering for their team, UST as well. The adrenaline rush got into us that we were cheering, jumping and shouting almost on the entire duration of the game. We were even named as the “Barkada of the Game” :))
UST won the game by 7 points. Definitely a school pride :)
